Ipod Touch for Kids-

If you by a Nintendo Ds,Wii or other game systems you pay a fortune for games that kids will get bored with shortly after. This is why I think that an Ipod touch for Kids is an Awesome investment for Moms and Dads. This will open up a world of Free games and you can also buy games that are 99 cents compared to 50.00 and up. To buy an Ipod touch for kids you can by any generation, I wouldn't suggest 1st Gen, because that one doesn't have an external Speaker. I would suggest buying second-hand because you will save lots of money and your child will love it just as much, with or without the box, that will just be thrown away.

Education and the Ipod touch-This system has alot of fun learning games for kids from Alphabet to Math and reading, you can even download E-books.

No wires and cords or games to lose everything is stored on the ipod touch memory. When picking out size for storage I would suggest that an 8gb is plenty of storage room for kid's apps. You can also Delete games that are not being used.

Parental Settings-You can disable the safari browser,email, and more. There are certain apps that come with the ipod touch but you can password protect these and they disappear from the home screen.

Easy to use kids friendly.All the games and apps will be right on the home screen and kids can click on the picture of the one they would like to open, you can also make folders and organize them if you wish.

Durability-Some people say that the ipod touch screen is very easy to break, although My two boys 5 & 6 have been using theirs and it has been squashed in the couch cushions and tossed by mistake and not a single scratch on it. If for some reason the screen does break you can by the replacement screen tools and instructions to change for 10 dollars on Ebay. Alot cheaper than if a Game system breaks down like the Ds or wii

Variety- Kids will not get bored with lots of variety of games and most are free my son has hundreds of games and apps on his.

Downloading apps-Very simple and doesn't take very much time.For the impatient child waiting lol : )

I think that with all the systems that we have bought including the V smile  The Ipod Touch is my Favorite for my Kids and I would recommend it to anyone for Kids of any age. This system will grow with them and will not be bored with in a couple of months
